To the duty Manager/Manageress, Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to thank you for the splendid service that you and your staff provided for my wife,myself and all of our guests, on the occasion of our 50th wedding anniversary lunch that we had at your hotel, on Sunday14/08/11.We would have NO hesitation, in recommending your establishment to others, who were looking for a first class, efficient and family friendly venue. WE all left extremely satisfied, not just with the service and menu but with the complete ambiance of your premises. I was at a refresher course on Thurs 26/01/12 I found the venue to be very satisfactory.The service and staff made the day much more manegable than it would normally have been,Thanks.The duty receptionist(the one with fantastic green eyes) was especially helpfull and made the day even nicer.
