What time to invite your guests:

The Ceremony Room will not be available until fifteen minutes prior to the Ceremony. For the comfort of your guests we strongly advise that they do not arrive before this time. Please be aware that the Bar will be closed prior to, and during the Ceremony, and that refreshments will not be served until afterwards.

Procedure for the Bride & Groom/Partners:

If you wish to see each other before the Ceremony arrive fifteen minutes prior to its commencement, allowing time for you to meet with the Registrar for an interview in a Private Room. If you prefer not to see each other before the Ceremony, one partner should arrive twenty minutes prior and the other partner ten minutes prior.

Wedding & CIVIL PARTNERSHIP Functions

It is possible for Ceremony Breakfasts to continue into the evening with music and dancing. For this to take place you will require ‘exclusive use’ of the Restaurant and therefore a hire charge becomes payable.

Bridal Suite

£120.00 for our beautiful bridal suite - large four poster bed, 42” plasma TV, corner bath, tea & coffee facilities, trouser press, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
